Melbourne-based indie artist Elle Graham is one young lady with a blindingly bright future. Loved by her hometown of Townsville and recognized for her performance with Rockwiz & ethereal track ‘Bluebird’ which placed in QSong’s top ten finals in 2009, Elle’s limitless potential is obvious.

At only 19, the self-confessed ‘closet songwriter’ has only been performing live for around two years. During this time, music lovers have come in droves to see her perform. Elle’s music blends soft vocal harmonies and piano compositions to create an ambient atmosphere.
Elle’s newest self-produced album Woods was released in March 2011 with a fairy-like launch in the city. The 9- track album of original tracks features piano, percussion, voice and samples taken from road trips around Australia. The CD has been stocked at over 20 stores across Townsville, Brisbane & Melbourne, as well as having a strong online fan base. Elle has only recently flown down from North Queensland to study at the Victorian College of the Arts, where she has been offered a place in their new composition program. She is looking forward to a career in Music Supervision or Film/TV Composing. For now the young artist is working on a few new EPs, doing a few festivals, writing more tunes & going to shows/exploring the beautiful cultural gem; Melbourne.
